  Horrible treatment of youth in the community. Side with HOA's regardless of the facts. Use illogical arguments to justify criminalizing innocent youths. Disgusting bullying tactics. DON'T MOVE TO ANNA unless you NEVER go outside your front door. A total police state with no sense of rational thinking. They need serious sensitivity training so they can learn how to work with the youth in the community they are supposed to be serving.
